Build Jakapan Puttha, Thai actor who rose to fame playing as Pete Phongsakorn Saengtham in KinnPorsche the Series which become worldwide famous. Patchayamon Theewasujaroen (Poi) who is the writer in the series and one of the authors of KinnPorsche novel accused Build with series accusation of abusive relationship with him. On 18st January 2023, Be on cloud (BOC) announced 4Minutes Thai series based on the original story of Ms. Sammon and Mr. Pond Krisda will be the Director of the series. Build Jakapan and Bible Wichapas will be playing a lead role in the series. Since then Poi started to post cryptic message and screenshot message in her social media account claiming 4 Minutes was her original story and she shared it with her friend who betrayed her.
On 21st January 2023, Build after attending the promotional event in Thailand. He requested the staff to speak to his fans alone. Build said to fans he wants to clear the issue and its personal matter. He said he was close before and used to hang out and have a great time together. He said he ended the relationship and never intended to hurt either physically nor mentally. He said either male or female no one deserved to be hurt. He said he ended the relationship and everything is cleared and settled between them. He said he didn’t involve either in the serial title nor the plot and didn’t share any chat message to anyone. Finally he bow down and asked forgiveness related to this matter to everyone whom he might hurt intentionally or unintentionally. Build didn’t mention Poi name. He genuinely thought the conflict between Poi and him was cleared.
On 22nd January 2023, Be on cloud posted a statement that they acknowledge the dispute between Build and Poi. The relationship and conflict are their personal business and company respect their personal decisions. They will investigate the matter with both parties and currently unable to disclose their standpoint. On the same day they made another announcement. Build will be on hiatus without a definite period. He will be taking his time off his schedule to carefully reflect on his deeds and handle his dispute and lawsuits. BOC said first they will investigate the matter and they will decide. But on the same day they decided to put him on hiatus and ask him to reflect on his actions.
After Build announce the issue in promotional event on the same day evening he went to Japan along with other cast member for KinnPorsche photo shoot. Due to BOC announcement on 24th January 2023, Build return to Bangkok all alone that too during such a distress period. He broke down in his mother arm in the airport. There are photos and videos are circling which still gives nightmare to his fans. After hearing both sides why Build is the only person to reflect on his deeds. They have already decided build will leave the company and deal privately with the issue.
On 23rd January 2023, Be on cloud posted a statement announcing there will be a live conference between Build and Poi regarding the dispute on 28th January 2023. It will be telecast on Beoncloud youtube channel. On 27th January 2023, Be on cloud said Poi declined participating in live conference but Build will proceed with live conference as announced. On the same day Poi posted in twitter that Poi found evidence it’s too hard to bear. Poi will take action and she will never forgive in this life or next life. She will meet in court.
Build announce in BOC live conference that the issue affect his company, family and his actor colleagues. He likes to announce his resignation from Beoncloud on that day itself. He affirms that he speaks from the heart and he is telling the truth. He accepts that he is not perfect and he is only human. This incident was affecting him and it’s ruined his work, reputation, family, society and everything. He has nothing left. Even now by sitting and breathing he is wrong. He decided to take the matter in court and fight for justice. He asked everyone to be patient and wait for him until the outcome of court. He thanked Beoncloud for giving him the opportunity to speak for the last time. Thank you very much.
Poi Series Accusations
On 22nd January 2023, all hell broke loose when Poi started to accuse Build by making series thread in twitter. Poi said she and Build having 2 years of relationship. She accused him of both physical, verbal abuse and extorted money from her. She posted a screenshot of text message between her and Build with photo of bruise in her hand. Poi said Build is cheating on her with his ex-girlfriend. Poi accused him of Build borrowing her money and she gave expensive gift to him. She posted the photos of gift she given to him like expensive branded item and BMW car. She said she bought Condo for Build. She alleged Build ex-girlfriend also physically and verbally abused by him. Poi posted sonogram and accused Build that she had to abort Build’s child to save his career. Then she claimed that she got miscarriage due to her intake of depression medicine. Poi said Build got the role as Pete in KinnPorsche series due to her relationship with Build. I have consciously decided not to share screenshot message conversation between Poi and Build. Later on she deleted lot of the post she posted in twitter.
In Thai Entertainment Industry actors have their own fandom name to represent their fans. Build fandom name for his fans is Beyourluve. Since the accusation started Thai beyourluve started to cursed him and many went silent. Thai Media jump into the hate train and covered her side story. Hate hashtag for Build started to trend in Thailand. Due to her pinterest proof and her highly used filters and morphed body image in instagram many started to call Poi as Ms. Pinterest. International Beyourluve started to question her allegation. Beyourluve became detective themselves and debunk her allegation. Few Thai beyourluve stayed strongly and helped International beyourluve to translate all the details in English language and still they are doing. Beyourluve pointed out the sonogram picture and expensive gifts photos she shared are from pinterest. Then Poi said sonogram picture she posted for aesthetic purpose and it represents her sentimental feelings. She said she had evidence of hospital record and witness she will submit in the court. First she said abortion and then she said miscarriage. She herself can’t keep up with her truth. She used one of the woman painful worst nightmares to bring him down. She said she had lot of proof against him and going to file a case against him. Yet why didn’t he receive any subpoena.
Poi cheating accusation was debunked by Build’s ex-girlfriend herself. Build’s ex-girlfriend posted message on her Instagram. She dated Build from October 2019 and broken up and become friends since December 2020. They still talk and hang together since they have mutual friends and their families are close. There was no overlapping and cheating in their relationship. During their relationship there was no physical or verbal assault happened. She requested not to disturb and leave her out of this matter, since she has nothing to do with the current issue.
Poi accused Build for plagiarism she herself debunked that story. On 2nd February 2023, Ms. Sammon posted in Twitter that Ms. Poi clarified its coincidence there is no plagiarism. On 18th April 2023 Mr. Pond Krisda said in THCBOC Presscon meet he said issue with Nong Poi related to 4 Minutes series was solved and its merely coincidence. These two authors and Director focused on clearing their issue related to 4 Minutes series. They are all failed to mention and clear Build Jakapan name. Who got blamed and affected by this whole situation has been left out. Boc never released any formal statement regarding plagarism. “Well done, power play goes hand in hand”.
Poi herself debunked her story that the relationship between her and Build started after audition. Beyourluve also pointed out Build auditioned first for Tay role. The production panel suggested him to audition for Pete. He got selected among other three actors auditioned for Pete. After many rounds due to the chemistry between Build and Bible his co-actor he got selected. In the final round of selection Authors were not even involved in the selection process. Build Jakapan got the role for Pete fair and square by his talent.
She accused him as if he is the rookie actor. Build have nearly eight years working experience in Entertainment industry. He previously works in music videos, Advertisements and TV Serials. Cumulous Band in KinnPorsche was not his first time rodeo. Before starring in TV shows, Build was part of a music group called Stickwithfriends. He was saxophonist and bassist in Stichwithfriends. He was active in it during 2015 and 2016. Kinnporsche series and world tour obviously gave the deserved recognition for him. Build is also very talented actor. In all the midst of his scandal his acting went underappreciated. He really acted well in the KinnPorsche series. His acting is top notch and he owned the Pete character for sure.
Poi accused physical and verbal assault; two timing and money extortion by build. Those accusations are debunked by Red Skull with receipts. Infarct she is the one who done the said allegation to Build. Wonder why Beyourluve discredit her accusation from the beginning. Poi previously had a huge scandal last year that still a salt to their wound for KinnPorsche Series Fandom. Poi basically concocted a story of twisted lies with baseless plot. She concocted a web of lies with baseless plot twist. She is a pathological liar all her lies are exposed and debunked. Poi accusation are well planned to defame him. Last year November 2022 she posted in twitter with a cryptic message “yes! I’m back. I came back like you never expected”.
Problematic Author Duo
Thai novel KinnPorsche
written by Daemi. Both Poi Patchayamon Theewasujaroen (Poi) and Yok Sitthichai
Panya (Yok) together wrote the novel under the pen name Daemi. The author duo
wrote a problematic novel that deals with non consensual s*x and r@pe as an
ongoing theme. The author duo allegedly
harasses KP cast members. Mile Phakphum and Apo Nattawin lead actors in
Kinnporsche series sexually harassed by the authors. Mile literally said in IG live that authors
are physically harassing him. He said if it’s get too much he asked the fans to
rescue him from the authors. In the video when mile said the author duo was
laughing as if it is normal. He is also laughing with them but reiterate their
harassment is true and he is not joking He said the authors are harassing and
taking advantage in another IG live and he said the same in Interview with
Sosatseoulsay youtube video. There is footage in weibo where Poi was touching
Apo inappropriate. He was trying to get away from her. She gets a free pass of
being women and getting away with it.
BOC behind the scene with
actors Bible Wichapas and Build Jakapan the author duo always shove their phone
camera in their faces make them uncomfortable. When BOC staff has separate
staff for recording behind the scene footage.
Why these authors duo are capturing behind the scene moment with their
phones? In footage Yok ask Bible to call
him mom. He said no, he already have mom, why should he call him mom? Yok
hugged bible from back like trying to baby him and also give unwanted hugs. Yok
ask Build to try on women clothes which he was clearly uncomfortable. Trying to
follow and record both Bible and Build when they are heading home. Build and
Bible are clearly uncomfortable with their shenanigans.
In an instagram live with Poi, Yok along with other two
actors Jeff Satur and Barcode Tinnasit.
Poi said she gave advised to Barcode how to be a good actor. Poi
asked Barcode to give her massage and teaches him how to be good actor in
private. Jeff visibly got uncomfortable and called out the authors by saying
It’s not right. They are misusing the author’s privilege. Barcode recently got
graduated from his school. He is minor at that time. She is totally grooming
him and exploiting his innocence. How
much of an entitlement these authors are having in work place?
When the video surfaced in online on July 2022 fans
couldn’t contain the anger and asked BOC to take action against the author duo.
Instead Yok explains and boast about their responsibilities and duties in the
making of KinnPorsche Series. Now they have step down from BOC took a break to
write VegasPete story under Daemi House. But author duo basically own
KinnPorsche. They are writers in KP Series present in shooting spot and clearly
taking advantage of their position. The said alleged harassment happened in
work place and in need to take action against them not even minor actor is safe
around them. BOC didn’t take any action against them. The way BOC is still
milking money from KP series. Greed for fame and money is way more important
than the safety of their actors.

Mysterious Red Skull expose with Receipts
On 30th January 2023, Red Skull, mysteriously shared a poster of Hashtag E-Sports in his twitter account @RedSkullxxx. He is a private investigator journalist in Thailand. He exposed Poi baseless allegation towards Build with receipts.Hashtag E-sports mentioned that their relationships are toxic and broke up amicably. Then she asked for 3 million bhat and her gift back. He gave money and things already. She still tries to extort more money from him. They also added fun facts: extortion will lead to Maximum of 10 years in prison. The assault she mentioned occurred due to harsh play between them. The whole issue won’t happened if he continuous to pay money or return back to the relationship. When she accuses him for all the wrong doing in fact she is the one done those to him. She cannot use the victim card and gender card that’s court to decide. Everything can’t be one-sided other people have the right to expose the truth. The person has to go to court instead of posting in the social media. Reskull posted a chat between Poi and her friend where poi confirmed her cheating Build with another person who she is having relationship with for two years. In the private chat between Poi and her friend she said even though Build was a good person she was not able to leave the other person.
On 1st February 2023, Red Skull posted message to International fans and share the Line message screen shot between Build and Poi. In the post he mentioned Poi was blackmailing Build until January. She supported him financially before in the name of love and after break-up she forced him to pay back. He paid her all the debt and he begged to leave him alone to work in the Entertainment Industry. She cursed him in satanic and aggressive words and started to post fake evidence in online. She accused him infidelity. In fact she is the one cheated on him. She insisted “if you don’t belong to me, you don’t belong to no one”.
Red Skull also posted that he was accused of accepting money from other side. He said he is working for 10 years as Investigator. He is the one decide to post or not post in his twitter and no one will order him. It’s obvious Poi and her minions (Poi supporter) are harassing him for posting the truth. Red Skull exposes the wrong doings in Thailand. He is exposing bigger issues and criminals of different fields from politics, high society people to common people. It’s funny Poi and her minions went after him. In twitter people are questioning his integrity while Red Skull has 10 years experience as investigator under his sleeve and big fish to fry in his country. Brother, I salute your guts by doing God’s work exposing the wrongdoing and cleaning the society. He also posted about police found the 17 year old teenager who spread fake news about Build. He posted 40 minutes audio clip of conversation between Poi and Build. The English translation was posted in Facebook which he shared the link also. The 40 Minutes audio release of conversation between Poi and Build is a crucial point in all this mess. This helped many people to understand the nature of the issue and truth about Poi and Build relationship in different light. Build fans thanked Red Skull for helping Build to find his righteous in the mist of chaos. I am not going to share the original audio here but shared all the related post in detail. People can hear at their own risk.
On 5th February 2023, Red Skull called out Poi in his tweets that she disappeared when hidden truth reveals. She accused everyone who reveals truth as paid to lie. All she did was “Hitting below the belt”. But there is no respond from her when she was so actively accusing Build in social media by releasing screen shots of Line message, Pinterest photos and cursing anyone who questioned her in twitter. Her minions are trying to sabotage the truth by saying 40 minutes audio release are fake. Poi threatened everyone to sue those who supported Build, his ex-girlfriend, his friends, her friend who release the two timing chat about her and even International Beyourluve who exposed her pinterest proofs. I wonder why she didn’t threaten to sue Red Skull.
On 20th February 2023, Red Skull called out Thai Media who was not covering the news of Build going to file a lawsuit against Poi in criminal court. When Poi start to accused Build many Thai media jump into the hate wagon and publish one-sided report. Thanks to Red Skull he not only exposed the truth he also shared some wise words and support for both Build and his fans Beyourluve.
What’s in the 40 Minutes audio tape?
Poi was hysterically crying in the whole audio. May be her emotional and anger towards him got her better. Build was talking to her very soft like not to aggravate her anger anymore. He felt threatened, scared and feel unsafe. His conversations are literally like walking on shell. He was silently crying in the whole audio where at one point she heard sound and when she asked he said it’s his snort (obvious from crying).
Poi accused Build of plagiarism. Build said he didn’t know anything and he said he didn’t involve in story creation. She said he destroyed her life and dream project. He was going on saying he didn’t do anything. She said Netflix is suing her for 10 Million baht. She tried to sell her story to Netflix in the title name 4 Minutes. Netflix thought the story was leaked.
Poi said that Build sent all the gifts back to her and she kept it and didn’t even open them. She said she given up the writing. She doesn’t want to do anything and ask him is he satisfied now. Build said he never betrayed Poi. He never thought of doing that. He was going on reiterating he didn’t do it. Poi said she want Build to come back to her. She thought they will be back together. She said everything in the car she didn’t even touch. Poi said she hurt him so that Build realise how she is important to him.
Poi said she have a new boyfriend and she broke with him immediately because deep down she still love Build. She said she don’t want 10 Million baht she just threatened him. She said it’s the only way for her to get him back. Build said what she posted in social media about him really scars him. He said he want to go back being friends.
Poi said she made him famous and after he got famous he broke up with him. She said after his world tour he changed and he doesn’t need her anymore she said she need to go to court with company for 4 minutes plagiarism and the evidence is strong. She asked who will get affected by this. Build said it’s Bible (his on-screen partner). Poi said can’t he perform another series. Build insisted he didn’t tell anyone about the plot and know nothing. He keeps on repeating the same. She asked whether it’s a coincident and by chance the plot is the same. She asked about his financial situation. Build said he can live and he said his parents only know about her good side. Poi asked if he is dating any one. He said he is single and afraid to date any one. He doesn’t want to trust anyone. Poi said she start to date Junho 2PM and she said she broke up with him because she is not able to forget Build. She said she met him on 16th and she believed him that he didn’t tell anyone. She said she will stop everything in the social media Build said thank you. Poi said she thought Build has changed and asked him to be the same person she knew. Build said he is the same person and he want to go back to the friendship they had with Poi and Yok.
Throughout the conversation
between Poi and Build she basically tried to confirm him by going back and
forth make him confess that plagiarism happened. She said Netflix sued her even
Red Skull called her out for that big lie. Even if there is any said plagiarism
how can she go after an actor in the series. The author owns the story she
should have went after author or BOC are the one official production company
for 4 Minutes. The said series 4 Minutes was work in progress and only recently
author Ms. Sammon announced in twitter that she have completely 4 Minutes
story. Poi accused Build and tries to extort money from him which in itself a
criminal offense. She said she loves him and she wants him back in her life yet
she accused him of physical assault. Why anyone want to go back to the abuser?
She said Build got famous because of her. She completely discard the fact his
talent that got him famous. She basically was trying to keep a tap on him about
his life in terms of finance and personal life to control him. World Tour made
him realise his worth and he start to keep distance from her. I am not going to
embarrass myself by talking about her dating Junho 2 PM. During the whole conversation she
literally confirmed gas lighting him, threatened him online, guilt tripped,
heavily implied physical and verbal abuse by her, emotional blackmailed and
extorted money from him.

Beyourluve unwavering Love and Support
Build scandal also affected his fans (Beyourluve). They were in shock. Many went silent and few started to hang on the thread of “Innocence unless proven guilty”. Since the issue is very sensitive and serious, for some people it’s like hitting home. Before even hearing his side of story people started to cancel him in social media left and right. Beyourluve started to question her creditability due to her previous history with the cast members and slowly realised it’s much more than meets the eye. They started to trend hashtag for him every day to demand justice for him. Many international fans are cursed by netizens for supporting him. They took the hit and stayed strong because they believed Build’s innocent.
Beyourluve strong support started when he hit with his first scandal last year July 2022. Their support for him brings him back from hiatus. Build commented insensitive comment about r@pe, SA comments and misogynist remarks eight years ago in social media. Netizen’s brought this issue. Build issue public apology for his wrongdoing. On 4th July 2022 BOC issued a statement saying Build previous comment in social media affected emotions of people. Boc reprimand Build and Build regretted his action and he will be temporarily suspended from all the activities. He was on one month hiatus. Why to bring someone past social media comment to judge the current behaviour. People do change. Currently, in Thai entertainment industry lots of actors past problematic behaviour are exposed. They are coming forward and apologise left and right, society as a whole need to be educated. Build haters always bring his past and use as a tool to hate him. Hate towards him mainly from Kinnporsche fandom and other fandom’s who doesn’t have much knowledge about the issue. They hate him for petty fan wars and Jealous. Jealousy because they try to cancel the person and that person coming back again being stronger with huge support from fans. At the end two timed cancelled person trying to survive. Why should we judge the person based on their past when his past action does not violate laws.
Built was like sitting duck with no work schedule after
he return from one month hiatus. Beyourluve requested for his work schedule so
many times they even trended in twitter which went unnoticed by BOC. In this mean time
Build haters unleashed their hate towards him trending hate hashtag for him wishing him death, cursing him and name calling him. Beyourluve requested BOC many
times to protect their artist Build. BOC never took action against online harassment
towards him. Beyourluve request seems like fell on deaf ears. It’s ironic due
to his first scandal he was not able to attend Kinnporsche the series final
episode event. Due to his current scandal he was not able to attend the last show
Kinnporsche world tour, 2022. He was deprived of spotlight yet he is the one
still shining. During kinnporsche world tour 2022, Hongkong beyourluve attend
the concert and supported Build and Bible, they have a huge fan base in China.
Beyourluve created Blue Ocean for him even though he is not present in the
concert. They bought tickets before the scandal. They attend the concert and
showed their undying support love and support for him. Thai news journals and
Build antis smeared beyourluve support as mob attach.
Be On Cloud officially confirmed KinnPorsche World Tour Vietnam concert cancelled. According to their statement, the malicious comments and threats online directed to the upcoming event led to their decision to cancel the event completely to secure everyone's safety. Their decision is based on online rumour. Boc not able to sold the tickets. Based on certain Vietnamese fan club Boc didn’t even get the permit to conduct concert in Vietnam. BOC’s reason basically hurt Vietnamese fans. Instead of accepting the truth they once again start to smear hate campaign against fans. I don’t know who will bite the hands that feed you. Fan is the main source of income for Entertainment Company. They not only insulted the Vietnamese fans and also their country. Since Build left BOC. Beyourluve also left with him. On 11th February 2022, Vietnamese Beyourluves showed their love and support for Build by gathering in front of the huge LED screen in Ho Chi Mihn city on the same cancelled concert date.
“Neutrality helps the oppressor not the victim “
Build existence never acknowledged in KPWT-2022, Hongkong and KPWT-2023, Bangkok. Poi name mentioned by the cast and asked for applause for her in KPWT-2023, Bangkok. Neutrality is taking a dent. Let me borrow the word of brother Red Skull their “neutrality looks like a middle finger”. The way caption and their management people are cosy with Poi, liking her instagram post and all cast members are following her in social media. Poi said she is close to all the cast members. It’s show in their neutrality and silence. Poi said Mr. Pond doesn’t know anything about their relations, until this issue. Not all are yesterday born; its entertainment industry there is grapevine and gossip everywhere. Moreover lot of videos in youtube, where she showed her aggressive side towards Build when they are with other cast members. Captain running his sinking ship with all the cast member’s tight lips related to this issue until today. The cast members and the whole crew people are allowed to open their mouth only to appreciate and praise the captain. It’s only giving cult behaviour vibe. Build always support his colleagues in BOC and promote their work in social media that even earned him a nick name cheerleader. Unfortunately he never received the same energy from them. Build's family, friends, ex-bandmates and ex-colleges except from Boc all are supporting in social media and waiting for his comeback. Build followers and decrease in BOC followers in social media clearly shows the netizens silent support. The moment Build resigned From BOC. The numbers of BOC followers fall like house of cards and still going down.
Build and Beyourluve love goes hand in hand. He always shows gratitude to them by thanking for their support in every event. He also used fans gifts from handmade to branded/non-braded. Build stayed relevant to Beyourluve. Fans related to him in terms of liking K-pop, his fashion sense and his appreciation towards art. especially Vincent Van Gogh art. He himself paint good. Build admiration for his idol G-dragon calling him oppa, the way he thirsts over k-pop idols like DPR Ian, DPR Live, and his undying love for ITZY. Fans can easily relate to him and attached to his feeling and sentiments. He is one hell of the luckiest fan his k-po idol follow him in instagram. Build his motto “If you like it, why do you save money?" was a big hit with Beyourluve. They supported him vigorously in all his endorsed products. When Build resigned from BOC all his brand sponsors also dropped him. Beyourluve stopped their support to these brands and started trending "No Build, No Money".
Build is lucky to have Beyourluve and his fan club.. They are loyal and protective fandom. Like Build his fan club Build_Family Fc is also very professional. They stayed level headed throughout the issue. They supported Build and also guide Beyouluve through this difficult time. The music video they released in youtube for Build in January 2023 is really cute with meaningful lyrics and pleasant to ears. They are gearing up to celebrate Build’s Birthday on 11th June 2023. Kudos to them, they handled like professional experts. His birthday event looks like a mini concert.

Filed Lawsuit in Criminal Court
On 21st February 2023, Build and his lawyer Ronnakit Sriphemhathai filed a law suit against Poi in Criminal court. Then Build and his lawyer met the press and gave interview.
When press asked what kind of lawsuits have filed in the court?
Lawyer said we filed many lawsuits and all the details are in the indictment some of them are “compelled to act, extortion and defamation”. They have submitted indictment with empirical evidence. When the lawyer shows the indictment honestly it looks like thesis. “Build said he never thought he will be in this situation to sue someone. He seen them only in TV and movies never thought it will happened to him and still not used to the situation.
When press asked build to clarity the issue and past events. Build said he never assault her. He never thought of physically harming any one and what happened between them was playing with each other. It did happen even when they are friends. Poi actually physically and verbally assaulted him and she herself confirmed in the 40 Minutes audio conversation.
Press asked about her pregnancy. He said he didn’t know her pregnancy. When he wanted to end the relationship she said she already had an abortion. He said if she got pregnant he will be happy to take responsibility of the child even though he didn’t love her anymore.
Press asked did he believe she was pregnant. He said he didn’t believe. You should look at his face. He obviously doesn’t believe her. Poi said its abortion and then she said is miscarriage due to antidepressant Medicine. Who knows maybe it’s her last attempt of guilt trip to keep him in relationship.
Press asked about the property she gave earlier and reclaimed later? Build said he returned all of her things and he had given all the evidence to his lawyer. He said he owned money and he paid them back. There are some valuable assets he didn’t ask that also returned back to her.
Build lawyer is confident that they have submitted the empirical evidence in court that will prove build innocence. He said the court hearing will be on May month.

He reactivated his Instagram account @buildurluve and deleted all the photos and updated with his family photo that speaks volume about his family support.
Press asked about the estimation of damaged value?
Honestly how anyone can estimate the damage this issue done to Build? Financially they can estimate. He lost his career, sponsor and money due to her extortion. What about the psychological damage, can anyone evaluate? The mental stress, emotional stress, physical and verbal abuse, his reputation is damaged and being outcast person in entertainment industry and society in general.
I believe with his family, friends and Beyourluve support. He decided to face the issue and sue her in criminal court for physical, psychological and financial damages she done to him
Some of the Indictment is “compelled to act, extortion and defamation” and others which are not revealed yet by the lawyer (In fact he said so many)
“Compelled to act” – Forced to act which can be from psychology to physical (include sexual assault/favours). She owned the KinnPorsche series. Given her position in BOC and behaviour with other actors in BOC. I couldn’t fathom what was even compelled by her. Literally she abuses her power. She forced him to be in relationship with her and then when he asked her to breakup. She threatened to expose their relationship. Dating scandal is a huge issue in Thailand Entertainment industry. Especially if you are acting as BL actor then it’s double the trouble. On top of that the said relationship was unhealthy, toxic and abusive both mental and physical to the max.
Extortion & Defamation - extort money from him by false accusation, threatening, insulting, gas lighting and blackmailed. Instead of filing a case in police station or in court she went and rant in social media only to defame him. She accused him of plagiarism, Physical Assault, Infidelity and so on. All her accusation is criminal offense yet he didn’t receive any subpoena.
Now Build is the plaintiff and Poi is the defendant. She accused for criminal actions and case filed against her in criminal court. Now accuser becomes the offender and accused become the victim. She needs to prove her innocent against the criminal action she was accused for in the court. This issue only shows the tip of iceberg. Who know what build really encounters with poi during his tenure in Boc and KinnPorsche. The curtains, yet to fall and reveal more in May month during the Court trail. Lawyer Ronnakit Sriphemhathai, true to his word he is taking legal action against people in any platform who try to defame Build by spreading rumours, misinformation and lies about him. They said Build will be suing not only for himself but also for his fans because his fans also suffered a lot. I thought it’s just a gimmick. He kept his words and its show in apology letter. The perpetuators apologised to build and also to his fans.
On 8th February 2023 - Ms. Chayapa Puangwarin, 17 years old posted an apology letter to Build and his fans for spreading false rumour about Build along with her lawyer who acknowledge her guilt and added she will supervise and guide Ms. Chayapa. She spread rumour about Build of doing heinous crime. She accused him of gang raping his ex-girlfriend in High school. Build’s high school friend called out the rumour immediately and said situation never happened and said it was exaggerated. She issued apology statement and apologised to Build and his fans.
On 22nd February 2023 - Ms. Naiyapak Cheka, 14 years old (age not confirmed in Apology statement) posted an apology letter to Build and his fans for spreading false rumour about Build. She accused him of having twisted mind like serial killer, sleeping with others in exchange of acting jobs and Prostitute. She issued apology statement apologising to Build and his fans but also paid a heavy amount as compensation. The said amount was not disclosed.
On 8th March 2023 - Ms. Yamonporn Rinsuntia, 16 years old posted an apology letter to Build and his fans for spreading false rumour about Build. She accused him of beating his wife. She also said beyourluve are fans of wife abuser. Build was not married and there is no evidence of beating said wife. Build pardon her. She issued apology statement apologising to build and his fans.
On 18th March 2023 – Ms. Nicha Phosriprasert, posted an apology letter to build for spreading malicious rumour about him. She spread rumour and deactivated her account. She also used derogatory words to beyourluve but didn’t apologise to them also she blocked all the fans from her new account. Her apology was not able to view by many fans. Now she posted her apology in a new account. She issued apology statement apologising to Build and also paid a heavy amount as compensation. The said amount was not disclosed. As a consequence she has to post the apology statement for consecutive two weeks. After spreading malicious rumours she thought by deactivating her account nobody will find her crimes. IP address exists for reason people can easily trace using IP address.
After the Build scandal not only Build received hates his fans also received hates for supporting him. Thailand beyourluve decided enough is enough now they are taking action against such people.
On 8th April 2023 – Ms. Nareenuch Chanwong posted an apology to a Thai beyourluve for tarnish her reputation and paid her heavy amount as compensation. She thanked the beyourluve for not prosecuting her. As a consequence she has to post the apology statement for consecutive two weeks.
On 10th April 2023 – Thai beyourluve take action against 16 year old girl teenager. This is a real life tragedy and very sensitive issue please take it with grain of salt. Her name was not revealed by this beyourluve for the sake of teenager parent. What she done was a irreversible crime. Thai beyourluve trusted a 16 year old girl and gave her IG account. Teenager tweeted beyourluve real face stating as sex worker and shared her phone number. For this crime 16 year old have to pay 270,000 baht and she will be sent to juvenile detention Center. Beyourluve feel sad due to her 16 year old parents are poor and they have to pay the money. But what she done is crime. The case has to process in Juvenile criminal court. When Thai beyourluve asked why she done that teenage girl said she saw all are cursing in internet and she did it for fun since beyourluve is fan of Build.
On 30th April 2023 – Ms. Thanchanok, 17 years old apologised
for harassing her in online. She harassed a Thai beyourluve pregnant woman. She
was preganant with 2nd child and posted her happiness in twitter.
Ms. Thanchanok shared the post by saying “How
dare she is having a baby when she doesn’t have motherhood. How will she raise
the baby? Poor baby”. She took a dig at her pregnancy, motherhood and her
unborn child. When Thai beyourluve called out her she posted an apology to
avoid legal action against her. Thai beyourluve pardon her. Accept her apology
letter with only her first name to avoid further issue to the teen and her
family and didn’t take any legal action against her.

Mind you the said apology came only after they received subpoena they thought being in online they are invisible they can say anything in internet without consequence. The said rumours are criminal offense. Build pardon these teenage perpetuators and didn’t prosecuted in court. If prosecuted probably they would end up in Juvenile detention center and also fine with huge amount. Just for some likes, trend and hate train of cancel culture how these teenagers that too minors getting themselves into an unknown territory of criminal offenses. Parental guidance is a must while handling these teenagers with internet.

On 5th April 2023, after
two months of self impose online hiatus. Build posted on Instagram with a
comeback message that fans love and support help him to get through
difficulties. This year on his birthday everyone will meet a new Build who
loves himself, more sincere and authentic. He asked to be patient and wait to
meet his better version. He also said “Please
stay tuned for the upcoming project by my own company”. #BuildIsBack
Build having his own company is not a surprise anymore he
already own Polly Pastel along with his two partner friends. He registered two
companies on October 2022 one was Polly Pastel and another one entertainment
Company. He registered his name as one of the director along with his family

Beyourluve was happy the moment they heard an upcoming
project from his own company they all cheered for him. Beyourluve despise the

On 7th April 2023, Build called out his haters in twitter. When Build announced his comeback his haters also start to trend hate hastag for him in twitter. He called them out for bringing his past (which he asked for apology and posted an apology statement. BOC at that time reprimand him along with one month hiatus). He called his haters especially paid accounts, bot account and those accounts using his picture as pfp disguise as his fan and posting his previous controversy old post and bring his past and spreading online hate campaign against him. He addressed to those who said he is hiding under a new name because he is guilty and also few Kpop fan are against him for using their favourites name Jake. He addressed to them that Jake name was given by his previous employer when he worked as Graphic Designer. Then he changed his twitter handle user name from Jake to Biu. He posted in twitter:

After his first scandal nearly nine months he was going through online hate. His previous company never took action against those haters, failed to protect him and let him suffer all alone. This time he is free. He took the matter in his own hands and replied to those haters and that’s a bold move. Many fan’s appreciated and happy for calling out those Build Antis. On 19th April 2023, Build reminded he is coming back with a new project titled “Kindly Remind: I’m Coming” Love, Grow. Learn and Heal. Beyourluve are speculating like it may be music video or documentary since it going to be based on his personal life experience. #BuildIsComingBack.
On 25th April 2023, Build posted his first solo concert held on his birthday 4th June 2023. “The Reborn: First Solo Concert” going to be held on Show DC Hall, Thailand. #TheRebornBuild. Show DC Hall is huge place and can hold on nearly 5000 – 6000 people with lot of amenities. Build is taking a huge risk with no promotion, no sponsor and no media coverage except news covered in Headline Manila. Build concert selling tickets solely depend on his Beyourluve. He said himself that concert is a gift from him to his fans who showered him with love, support and encouragement. Recently he is using both Thai and English language equally in his social media accounts cater to both Thai and International fans. He chose his birthday to come back and spend with his fans and show case his talent too. If all goes well there is huge possibility of world tour especially in Asian Countries. Since he have strong International fan base Beyourluve showed an unwavering support through thick and thin for him. He is ready to embrace his blue ocean created by Beyourluve.
On 6th May 2023, Ticket sales opened for The Reborn First Solo Concert by Build Jakapan. Build posted in his Twitter and Instagram. Within 24 hours the tickets are sold out. After all he called by Beyourluve as “Sold out King” for no reason. Both Thai and International Beyourluve were eager to attend his concert. I am looking forward to his first solo concert where he can showcase his multitalented performance. The best part of Revenge is to prove the people wrong (haters) and live the life in full which they tried to destroy and not by destroying other lives. “Success is the best revenge”. The
moment Build announces his comeback. Poi
became active in Instagram and Twitter. His comeback and court hearing date heading
near got her rattled. She went berserk in online until the day before Build’s
concert ticket sales. In the name of promoting her novel she started to post in
twitter. She started to drag Build, Build family and Beyourluves. She started to
curse him with homophobic slur, take a dig at his private parts and drag his
family. She cursed Beyourluve’s to die, drag their religion, calling them
slave, dog and many more This person who wrote BL novel and got famous by it
use homophobic slur. She basically hit him with under the belt command. She dragged all of them like nobody’s
business. She boasted her private intimate parts and described them in details
and that day only I have learned so much different names of women intimate
private parts in different name due to the discussion in twitter. I never used
to say women intimate private this much in my whole life not even for medical
purpose. At the end what I feel someone fell in to the public sewage whether
willingly, unknowingly or forced by the situation and no wonder someone’s air
their dirty laundry in public. The
person fell on the public sewage need to cleanse themselves in public too. It’s
unfortunate and inevitable due to sewage nature. No wonder situation end’s in
court. Her obsession towards him knows no bounds. She started online
smear campaign against him because she can’t able to take no as an answer. “My
heart only wants you, the moment you said no”. It’s her words not mine
she posted last year in her instagram account.

On 4th May 2023, Poi posted instagram live and she said Build throw away the fan’s gift especially when it is not branded one. Then she proceeds to unbox the gift which is branded one and handmade gifts too. Many fans got hurt that by this. Beyourluve noted and started to question how Build supposed to know the gift branded or not branded when the gift box doesn’t even opened. All the gifts are set of gift that given to him last year birthday. Why Poi kept all this time and showing it now? The reason she want to sabotage Build and his relation with his Beyourluve. It’s obvious her last attempt to defame him and sabotage the ticket sales of upcoming Build Solo Concert.
On 5th May 2023, Build himself clarified the issue by posting a statement in his twitter. Since the issue affecting his family and his fans he decides to post the statement. He thanked his fans who still support him. He confirmed those gifts he received on his last year birthday. He didn’t have enough space to store he kept temporarily in that place. He never opened any of those gifts. He confirmed that he requested those gifts but haven’t received it yet.
Justice
served the purpose
On 9th May 2023, the private court hearing between Build and Poi resolved and the statement released by both the parties in their respective social media. The lawsuit ended well and the lawyer listed all the damages. Waiting for final verdict to be publicised.
Poi Statement:
Poi admitted Build didn’t physically assault her it happened due to playing too hard. The picture she posted caused misunderstanding. She never got pregnant she used the ultrasound images for websites. Poi admitted that property, money or things she willingly gave it to him and Build has returned to her. Poi admitted she only kept fans gift and apologized for bring the story in public to cause misunderstanding.
Build Statement:
Build wants to inform the whole story is over by Build and Poi agreeing in the court. Build admit he has been relationship with Poi for a while. They were friends before then became relationship. Build and Poi may have some quarrels, including intense teasing and inaccuracies actions. Now Build wants to apologize for that time that sometimes Build may play too hard that made Poi got hurt. Build admitted that he made a careless mistake. Build admitted that he recorded the 40 minutes conversation. But he is not the one published in various social media. Build apologize for that.
Red Skull posted Build and Poi statement. He mentioned Poi blocked his account. It’s funny and no surprise there he is the one exposed her lie with receipts. Mr. Pond Krisda, CEO of Be on cloud congratulated both Poi and Build. He is taking his neutrality stand to the core. Neutrality helps the oppressor never the victim. I am going to reiterate again and again “Well done, power play goes hand in hand”. When twitter become the court of public opinion people still spinning their hatred towards Build even after Poi admitted her wrong doing and issued statement on both side. Victim blaming is getting real. Fun Fact: “Men also become the victim of Abuse”, no pun intended. Hashtag Digital Agency sarcastically posted in Facebook. “For those who still believe Build is wrong and their statements are not facts. They can confidentially post to confirm their facts. To the lucky person Build lawyer will give the right to read the documents and listen to the audio clips in the court to see more facts”.

One person felt vindicated and decided to destroy another person life by gaining public sympathy in social media using Pinterest as proof and lies. In law of court facts and evidence are taken into account. Build lawyer filed the case against poi with empirical evidence. Poi doesn’t even mention sorry and no remorse in her apology statement. Build and his Beyourluve deserve a public apology statement from Poi. Mind you this issue is not just about domestic violence. This is work place harassment, power abuse, money extortion, physical and verbal abuse, coercion, defamation, online slander and many more. What flabbergasted me in this situation is gender reverse. People like this who falsely accused others make difficult for other victim to come out and seek Justice. Justice served the purpose not the cause. Hope it will help the victim to move forward in his life and career.

Sorry my blog has too much information to read but the struggle and pain is
real for victim. My dearest family members went through domestic violence. They
never got any justice. I am by-product of domestic violence. I always wanted to
write about domestic violence never felt strong to write. This issue basically forced me to remember
those entire traumas my dearest beloveds went through. One vile person shamelessly
made another human being to go through worst situation in public eye. God Bless
the innocent soul. Justice and Karma always prevails. What goes around will
comes around.
