After all the jokes actress Alia Bhatt endure regarding her IQ on social media she choose to have her last laugh. Alia Bhatt introduced a new level of responding to the viral mockery about her general knowledge. Recently, the young actress tweeted in twitter that after the “Alia Bhatt Jokes” she decided to fix her brain along with 10 minutes video titled “Alia Bhatt – Genius of the Year”

The video starts with a message – “In 2014, a documentary crew follows Alia Bhatt in the aftermath of her ‘Koffee with Karan’ debacle”. The actress mocked herself in the video accompany with her mentor Karan Jokar, Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Mahesh Bhatt, Soni Razdan and members of ABI. Watch the video and enjoy yourself. It's totally hilarious.

The video is the brain child of the All India Bakchod (AIB) and directed by Shakun Batra. AIB is a group of standup comedians have their YouTube channel produce videos for online audience. Instead of hiding in closet or retort with written statement she used the video as her shining armor. Kudos to Alia Bhatt and AIB team it’s the epitome of respond to the jokes circled in social media. She could be a woman of many things but one thing is for sure she is a born entertainer. Chetan Bhagat’s Half Girlfriend creating a new BUZzzzzz…… in social media

Chetan Bhagat, a renowned Indian author unveiled his new book titled “Half Girlfriend” by tweeting in Twitter.

Since his announcement #HalfGirlfriend become a new trend in twitter. I am not going to describe the sordid details of their sarcastic tweets. We all know not to judge the book based on the cover. Since I am not a half baked person (No pun intended) I prefer not to comment on the book title without even reading the book.

Within a few hours of his announcement he tweet that his site has been crashed and posted “Half Girlfriend” teaser video excerpt
“Once upon a time, there was a Bihari boy called Madhav. He fell in love with a girl called Riya. Madhav didn’t speak English well. Riya did. Madhav wanted a relationship. Riya didn’t. Riya just wanted friendship. Madhav didn’t Riya suggested a compromise. She agreed to be his half-girlfriend”.

I believe the author affiliation with the film fraternity affected him to follow their footsteps by creating an extensive promotional strategy for his new book. First, controversial book title (coin a new word) make us inquisitive to know the meaning of it. Second, announcing in social media which obviously creating a publicity trend.

The author is famous for his notorious tweeting well who will forget his tweeting about rupee inflation (“the rupee is asking, is there no punishment for my rapists “) and the outrageous reaction from tweeter’s forced him to delete that tweet. It seems Chetan Bhagat is basking the buzz in the social media about his book title “Half Girlfriend”. His recent tweet proves it.

We all know at the end of the day everyone is going to read the book and Chetan Bhagat going to reap all the benefits.

Boss Film - Smart Phone Network goes viral in Twitter

Recent Airtel ad for smart phone network is going viral in Twitter. The gist of the ad is boss asks her employee to complete the task without time delay and at the end of the day she went home and cook for her husband. She calls her husband aka employee for dinner via video call.

Boss Film Airtel campaign obviously propagates women empowerment. The flaw in this video is showing women can break the glass ceiling in work place but still her place is in the kitchen (stereotype).

The advertisement starts with the focus on women empowerment and end with typical conservative attitude. It stirs the viewers to go viral slamming the ad campaign. Anyway advertisement is to promote the product creating publicity. Airtel is famous for its aggressive ad campaign. On the bottom line Airtel ad achieved its goal

You can watch the video via link below:

P.S. I am sure almost everybody would have watched the video in television and internet. Today advertisement telecast in every TV channel more than a soap opera.
